That’s it! Your order is complete.
An ATP2 representitive will confirm your order by email shortly after receipt of your online order. Within 24-48 hours of your order, a soft proof and an invoice will be emailed stating your products to be printed and total cost. Payment arrangements and a timetable will be established to complete your order.

Art & File Prep
Please check your files carefully. We will not be held responsible for errors when files are not submitted in exact accordance with our specifications. Even a slight difference between our specifications and your files may delay process. Please be exact when setting up your file to insure your print job goes through our production system smoothly and without delays. Thank you! Use the size chart below to confirm that you are creating your art to the correct size.
Avoid Delays….Prepare your files to our specifications. Use these programs: Illustrator Freehand, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXpress, CorelDraw, Pagemaker, Publisher
Know the difference between coated and uncoated stock.
Coated is gloss or dull and uncoated is the kind letterhead is made of.
Know the difference between Cover and Text weight paper.
Cover weight is what business cards are on and text is what letterhead is on.
Inks/Colors you want to print. 4-color process (CMYK) or PMS colors.
This information is important to the pricing for any project. Ask if you are not sure.
Proof approval is the final step before any job is printed.
Take extra time to proof and make any changes that are needed.
Always check phone numbers, addresses, spellings of names and headlines to be correct. These items are where most mistakes occur and are so simple to check and fix.
If your project requires any extra special steps, fast turn delivery and/or packaging make sure that is very clear to the customer service person.
